This Trypsin Enzyme Project Pack contains all the reagents necessary to carry out experiments into the effect of pH and temperature on Trypsin.

Possible experiments include:

- GCSE to A-Level Biology: Enzyme Activity
Preparation required:
- 2% Trypsin solution: Dissolve 2g trypsin in 100ml distilled water.
- 0.1% Trypsin solution: Take 5ml 2% trypsin solution and add 95ml distilled water.
- Buffer solution pH 5, 6, 8, 9, 10 and 11: Dissolve each of the buffer powders in 100ml distilled water. Label appropriately.
- Buffer solution pH 7: Dissolve the buffer powder in 200ml distilled water. Label appropriately.
- Exposed film: Cut the film into small pieces about 5mm square.
