We have been really pleased with our digitally controlled Philip Harris water bath. It has allowed us to increase the range of experiments and the chance of a successful outcome. From keeping agar molten until needed, to temperature dependent rates of reactions experiments, even the polymerase chain reaction is possible. It has been a worthwhile purchase as the results of the practicals have been more accurate and reliable. Well recommended!

• Philip Harris Water Baths have an Over Temperature Cut-out safety function.
• If 'Otc' is displayed, the over temperature cut-out has been activated.  Please see the documents section below for the simple procedure to re-set this, or contact techsupport@philipharris.co.uk for further assistance.
• To prevent this from occurring, ensure there is ample water inside the bath before switching on, and do not place items directly onto the base surface of the water bath, always use the metal base shelf.
