As a result of quite a lot of information in the media we recently published an article offering advice on storing 2,4 Dinitrophenylhydrazine (2,4 DNP). We hope you found this useful?

After receiving advice from CLEAPSS we are pleased to confirm that we are now able to supply Brady’s reagent as a safer alternative to storing 2,4 DNP. The chemical can be ordered by calling 0345 120 4520 and using the code B8R06982 and is priced at £5.50 for 2ml.

CLEAPSS advise that you should dispose of any unused Brady’s reagent after opening the container.
